A few days back, an anticipated file turned up at FCC spreads as if fire in the forest that Sony has made its plans to launch its latest Xperia Tablet. Well the filing is done with a model name SGPT1311 that seems to be somewhat like tablet hardware.

The agency has already granted Sony approval for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cellular connectivity. While this hot news for Sony new tablet is steaming, another revelation state that Foxconn would be the manufacturer has added another surprise to it.

With only a bit to notice from the FCC documentation, the ‘SGP’ prefix on the model name is similar to the previous Sony Xperia smartphones, Sony Xperia S, Sony Xperia U and Sony Xperia P. All these Smartphones have gained a lot of popularity and have brought big profits to the company with their latest specifications and functions.

Previously leaked reports have mentioned that Sony next generation tablet will launch sooner with its newest technical specifications such as Android 4.0 OS. It will be loaded with various ranges of accessories engrossing a cover and inbuilt keyboard with a stand.

Despite of the coincidental timing, still we cannot say with assurity that whether the filing made with the model ‘SGPT1311’wipould be the same Xperia device left uncovered in the leaked Sony materials.

The only thing, which is still unnoticed, is that we do not have any ideas about the releasing date of the new Xperia tablet. Hopefully, the company will soon initiates its latest Android tablet Plans official.
